In-Person Support Group in December at The Dementia Society Centre

About This Program

Our caregiver peer support groups provide a safe environment to learn, share, express and help each other through mutual understanding and support. These groups are co-facilitated by an individual with lived experience with dementia and/or a trained Dementia Society Care Coach.

Experience a compassionate environment and receive up-to-date, accurate information.

This program is intended for caregivers, care partners, family members, or friends. If you are not able to leave the person you are caring for alone at home, there is a social group for individuals living with dementia that happens simultaneously at the same location.

Please note that you must register online to join this program. If you are bringing the person you are caring for, you will be able to let us know during the registration process.

If any issues arise during the registration process, please call 613-523-4004 ext. 2 for support.

Please note the group is now being held on the third Wednesday of the month, rather than the Friday.
