About This Program

Joignez-vous à nous le samedi dans Notre Sphère pour la série spéciale de six séances virtuelles. Nous vous communiquerons de l’information pratique sur le jardinage tout en faisant la promotion du bien-être mental et émotionnel. Une thérapeute horticole y traitera de sujets tels que le compagnonnage des plantes, la théorie des couleurs et les émotions ressenties dans un jardin, l’ensemencement et le choix des plantes. Il sera aussi question des besoins des plantes et de ceux des jardiniers en herbe ainsi que de la gestion du changement et de la transition.
