Weekly exercise classes designed to adapt to the needs of persons with dementia and their caregivers. The workshop focuses on functional exercises including cardiovascular and strength training, balance exercises, and stretching. The classes are adapted to participants needs.
“I look forward to this class each week. It is a big stress reliever and fun to do. Bea is a super instructor, she inquires of our needs, gets to know us and puts a great program together. I have also enjoyed the pedals. It’s so easy to use them at any time of the day.”
