About This Program

Join us on Our Sphere for the special series of six weekly virtual sessions that provides practical gardening knowledge while promoting mental and emotional wellbeing.  Follow along with a Horticultural Therapy Practitioner as we explore topics such as companion planting, colour theory and emotion in the garden, starting seeds and choosing plants. We will also explore plant needs versus people needs and explore managing change and transition.
