As a person living with dementia or a caregiver, you know first-hand that dementia never takes a break. And the COVID-19 pandemic is certainly no exception.
The Dementia Society is your community of support. Our programs and services are now available on-line. We offer virtual and by-phone dementia care coaching, peer support groups, 1:1 visits, and specialized education and recreation programs – including music, art, and fitness – that are specifically designed for caregivers and people living with dementia.
As the 613 region has entered Stage 3 of the Government of Ontario’s multi-stage action plan in response to COVID-19, the Dementia Society is evaluating feasibility of once again offering in-person programs.
To keep up to date with the Dementia Society, subscribe to our weekly newsletter or visit our programs page.
No one should face dementia alone – please, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are in this together.
