About This Program

Join us this January, during Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, for an informative session to explore the early warning signs of dementia and gain insights into how the Dementia Society supports individuals living with dementia.  This presentation will provide an overview of how the brain changes with aging, what dementia is, and how to recognize its early signs.

Our expert speaker will also share 8 practical, brain-healthy lifestyle choices that can help prevent or delay some forms of dementia and promote overall well-being.  Learn how to take proactive steps to care for your brain and how the Dementia Society can support you and your loved ones on this journey.
