About This Program

Designed for care partners and caregivers who play a pivotal role in the lives of people living with dementia. It’s an important step in enhancing your knowledge of dementia and the skills needed to support the changing needs of someone who is living with dementia. Participants also have the opportunity to share their feelings in a safe and positive environment.

 

These sessions will run simultaneously in-person, and virtually on Monday June 5th and 12th, 2023.
