Let’s Get Moving is an opportunity for people living with early to mid-stage dementia and a friend to socialize and be stimulated through accessible physical activities.

About Bea Alt

A lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast, Bea Alt began teaching in the late 1980s initially as a yoga instructor and since 2003 as a certified Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging Senior fitness Instructor. She draws on fitness courses in topics such as bone health, dementia, balance and pole walking to feed her passion for safe active aging and keeping it fun even in the present virtual environment.
