As a person living with a diagnosis of dementia, we value your input and want to be sure your voice is included in our program and service design.

ARC – Access to Resources in the Community is a study assessing the impact of navigation support in enhancing patient access to HERs in their preferred language to address needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
