In this course, you will learn the importance of self-care for caregivers. You will learn to identify the various signs and symptoms commonly associated with caregiver burnout and explore strategies to prevent and manage it. Caring for a loved one with dementia requires significant physical, mental, and emotional effort. To provide a positive caregiving experience, it’s important for caregivers to look after themselves when attending to someone living with dementia.
