In this course, you will explore the common health crises individuals with dementia experience. You will examine the distinctions, causes, risk factors, and treatments associated with dementia, delirium, and depression. Additionally, you will explore medical emergencies such as infections and falls. This course equips you with the knowledge and resources to take charge of your health and well-being. While health crises can be concerning and overwhelming, being prepared will ensure you’re ready for the challenges a dementia diagnosis might face.
