First Connections in October Online

About This Program

These sessions are designed for individuals with mild cognitive impairment or those in the early stages of dementia, and may be attended alone or with a caregiver.

Participants will gain a better understanding of early-stage dementia and how the brain is affected, while also learning practical strategies for managing emotions and addressing everyday challenges. The sessions also cover essential topics such as organizing financial affairs and accessing community resources for additional support.
