Agreement to Terms

By attending our programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Qualifications of Program Personnel

Our programs are led by individuals selected for their skills, experience, and training specific to the program’s delivery. However, please note:

I understand that while the personnel leading the Program have skills and experience for which they were hired and they have received training specific to the delivery of the Program, these personnel may not be licensed, certified, or registered instructors or professionals (e.g., Certified Fitness Instructors, Kinesiologists, etc.). I accept the fact that the skills and competencies of personnel will vary according to their training and experience and that no claim is made to offer assessment or treatment of any mental or physical disease or condition by those who are not duly licensed, certified, or registered herein employed to provide such professional services.

Our programs are intended to provide education, guidance, and support. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or counseling services.

I understand and agree that the Program is not intended to be medical, financial, counselling or other advice, and I covenant not to make any complaints (or similar expressions of dissatisfaction), including but not limited to complaints to the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the College of Nurses of Ontario, the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Patient Ombudsman, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, or any others, about any Released Party, arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Program.
