Join us for brunch with Brunch Club! A fun, monthly gathering where individuals living with dementia and their caregivers can enjoy a delicious meal, explore new restaurants, and build meaningful connections in a warm and supportive atmosphere. Each month, we visit a different venue, offering a fresh experience and the chance to meet others on a similar journey.

*** This program is dementia friendly. Dementia friendly means creating an inclusive, supportive space where information is shared clearly and at a slower pace, with extra time for questions, reflection, and meaningful participation.
First Connections is a supportive series for individuals living with early-stage dementia and their caregivers. Participants will learn about dementia, coping strategies, and available resources, while connecting with others in a safe and welcoming environment.

Join us in-person at the Dementia Society Centre on the last Tuesday of the month to participate in Turquoise Live with Sid and Chris. Our animated and energetic group leaders, Chris White and Sid Ameen, engage participants using rhythm, song, gesture, dance, and humour in the spirit of friendship and fun.
