About This Program

First Connections is a 2-part education series designed for both caregivers and individuals living with dementia to attend together. This program offers a blend of learning, open discussions, and thoughtful planning. Participants will have the chance to share their experiences with others who may be facing similar challenges, while engaging in interactive exercises and discussions led by our skilled facilitators. The content is delivered at a pace tailored to ensure understanding and ease of participation.

  • Understand common risk factors associated with dementia.
  • Explore cognitive changes related to dementia and identify those impacting you.
