Learn about the early warning signs of dementia and how The Dementia Society supports individuals who are living with dementia. Get an overview of the brain, aging and dementia. The speaker will also share tips on healthy lifestyle choices that can help in preventing and delaying some forms of dementia.

This program is suited for individuals interested in their cognitive health, caregivers, and family members who want to recognize early signs of dementia and learn how to support loved ones while adopting healthy lifestyle habits.
