The Dementia Society Participating in Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend Scotiabank Charity Challenge

The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County is once again proud to be participating in this year’s 2018 Scotiabank Charity Challenge at the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend on May 26-27, 2018.

The Scotiabank Charity Challenge unites the spirit of runners with a unique fundraising program to help create a stronger future for young people and build vibrant communities. In 2017, the Charity Challenge helped raise over $8.5 Million for over 600 local charities across Canada.  Since launched in 2003, Scotiabank Charity Challenges have raised more than $50 Million in communities from coast to coast.

Registration is now open for the 2018 edition of the Tamarack Ottawa Race Weekend. Whether you run the 2k, 5k, 10k, half-marathon or full marathon, you’ll be given the option to sign up for the Scotiabank Charity Challenge to fundraise for The Dementia Society. Support us by becoming a fundraiser or by making a donation. Your contributions help us to provide programs and services to people impacted by dementia in Ottawa and Renfrew County.
