This Giving Tuesday, the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County invites you to take the challenge and help us build a more dementia-friendly community where no one faces dementia alone.
On Giving Tuesday and every day, we work to ensure that people living with dementia and their caregivers feel supported, valued, and connected.
Through personalized dementia care coaching, inclusive social and educational programs, and compassionate care, we meet people where they are and walk alongside them throughout their journey.

Someone, somewhere suggested I reach out to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County and thus began my relationship with my Dementia Care Coach, Monique.
