Arts and Minds with Liz Spence – Video

About This Video

Instructor, Liz Spence will guide participants to paint using watercolours and crayons. These classes are a medium for participants express themselves through art. Reference images are also provided to help attendees enjoy an easy and colourful art class. The instructor will use interesting landscapes or familiar imagery to spark conversation and create a final art project. Arts and Mind with Liz are held monthly.

Participants receive art supplies to engage in the activity and follow along with the instructor.

The Arts and Minds series is an opportunity for people living with dementia and their partner or a friend to explore and experience art. Working on art projects creates a sense of accomplishment, purpose, and provides an opportunity for self-expression.
