Between Us – Virtual Support Group

About This Program

Our caregiver peer support groups offer a welcoming and supportive space where participants can connect with others who understand the realities of caring for someone living with dementia. Through shared experiences, discussion, and mutual encouragement, participants can learn from one another while receiving guidance and reliable information.

This group is facilitated by a trained Dementia Society Care Coach creating a compassionate environment that fosters connection, understanding, and support.

This group focuses on topics relevant to supporting a person living with early- to mid-stage young onset dementia (diagnosed before age 65), while also addressing broader caregiving experiences and challenges associated with dementia.

This program is open to caregivers, care partners, family members, and friends who are supporting someone living with young onset dementia.
