Support Group
Gather with fellow caregivers at The Dementia Society Centre in a welcoming, supportive, and understanding environment. Each session provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand the caregiving experience, share personal experiences, discuss practical caregiving strategies, and learn from one another. Led by a Care Coach alongside a trained volunteer, the group encourages open conversation, connection, and access to current and relevant resources.
Benefits of attending: Build meaningful connections, gain practical insights and strategies, access helpful resources, and find encouragement and support as you navigate the challenges of caregiving.
This program is intended for caregivers, care partners, family members, and friends supporting someone living with dementia.
Please note: This program is intended specifically for caregivers and is not designed for individuals living with dementia. If you are looking for a program that provides support and social connection for both caregivers and people living with dementia, please click here.
