About This Video

This education session is intended for people who are experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and their close family members/friends. MCI involves memory loss that is greater than expected for one’s age but not enough to compromise one’s ability to carry out daily activities.  In this session you will learn about MCI, its types and diagnosis, the difference between MCI, normal forgetfulness and dementia and the methods to optimize cognitive health through lifestyle choices and social support.
