Help those impacted by dementia with a donation of RRSPs, RRIFs, and TFSAs.

A donation of your retirement funds is an easy way to help those living with the impact of dementia.

RRSPs and RRIFs

By naming The Dementia Society as a beneficiary of your registered plans, on your death, your estate will receive a charitable receipt for the value of your plan (or whatever amount/percentage you designate) which can result in reducing estate taxes and avoiding probate. And you support those living with the impact of dementia.

TFSAs

When you name The Dementia Society as the beneficiary of your TFSA your estate will receive a charitable receipt for the value of your account (or the amount/percentage you designate). This will reduce your estate taxes and avoid probate as you help us ensure that no one faces dementia alone.

**** While we are not able to provide legal or accounting advice to individuals who are contemplating a charitable gift in their will, we welcome an opportunity to discuss your intentions and to provide additional information about The Dementia Society. ****

Thank you!

Thank you for considering making a gift for The Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County!
