How to Use a Weekly Schedule

The schedule below will help you stay organized, active, and connected throughout the week.

How to Use This Schedule

Keep this schedule in a visible place — like on the fridge or a bulletin board — to remind you of your daily activities.
It can also help caregivers, family members, and support workers know your routine and plan visits or activities around it.
If your interests or appointments change, you can update it anytime to reflect your current week.

You can also check out the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County’s monthly activities calendar for more ideas
